This was from a shoot a couple of years ago, where I photographed the very talented artist and book maker @carolinefraserphotography on the beach in Camber Sands - as she’s inspired by the natural environment around her - and in her studio in Rye. This was the shoot that gave me the germ of my new idea, photographing artists and makers in Sussex. Going forwards, I’d like to expand the format of this shoot to include photographs of the landscapes that inspire artists, and more hands-on photographs that really show the process of creating art.
